腾讯科技讯 11月27日消息，冠捷科技今日在港交所发布公告，澄清不寻常股价及交易量波动。

公告称冠捷科技有限公司董事会注意到，若干有关本公司于2009年11月25日举行的第三季度业绩公告新闻发布会的若干报导，并谨此澄清以事项。

根据Display Search统计，今年个人电脑显示器全球销量将下跌。2009年第四季度之市况仍然充满挑战，竞争激烈，因此，预期2009年第四季度显示器毛利率将会受压，而由于电视市场需求较强，预期电视毛利率将维持稳定。

同时，公司目标为付运量于2010年取得双位数字增长，仅为公司内部预测机目标，并不保证在目标期限内达成或实现。（文/李志宇）
